These August 2015 statistics show continued demand for residential single family homes and condos in the Denver Metro area with an average days on market of 18 days, just one day longer than the previous month’s average.

The July 2015 Real Estate Statistics show that buyers in the Denver Metro area are finally getting some relief. Compared to previous months which saw the average median sales price reach record heights, July showed a slight decrease in the median sales price. However, average 30-year mortgage rates went above 4% for the first time in 2015. These July 2015 statistics still show continued demand for residential single family homes and condos in the Denver Metro area with an average days on market of only 17 days. Buyers will still have to move quickly but with the number of listings increasing and the median sales price decreasing there will likely be less bidding wars than we saw earlier in the year.

The June 2015 Real Estate Statistics show a slight slowing in the market. Compared to previous months which saw the average median sales price reach record heights, June showed only a minimal raise in the average median sales price over May. Could buyers in the Denver Metro area finally get some relief? Mortgage rates show a larger raise over recent previous months as well.
