Now that families in the Denver Metro area are back to school we are seeing a large drop in the number of new listings coming available. 30 year mortgage rates are still lingering right around 4% and sales prices are holding steady. These August 2015 statistics show continued demand for residential single family homes and condos in the Denver Metro area with an average days on market of 18 days, just one day longer than the previous month’s average.
