The June 2015 Real Estate Statistics show a slight slowing in the market. Compared to previous months which saw the average median sales price reach record heights, June showed only a minimal raise in the average median sales price over May. Could buyers in the Denver Metro area finally get some relief? Mortgage rates show a larger raise over recent previous months as well. These June 2015 statistics still show continued demand for residential single family homes and condos in the Denver Metro area with an average days on market of only 17 days. Buyers will still have to move quickly but the market does show signs of slowing.
