The Denver metro real estate statistics for January 2015 show a drop in the amount of homes sold in January but a slight increase in the amount of new homes listed on the market, which is a welcome relief for buyers. Interest rates continue to remain low while demand for residential single family homes and condos in the Denver Metro area continues to be strong. It is still a seller’s market but continued growth in new listings is predicted as we head into spring.
