The March 2016 Real Estate Statistics show a big jump into the 2016 Spring Denver real estate market. The number of sold homes and new listings are up from February by over 20%. The median sales price also took a big jump up to $341,000. Compare that to last year’s March median sales price of $312,000. Average 30 year fixed-rate mortgage rates increased slightly to 3.68% and are expected to rise throughout 2016.  These March 2016 real estate statistics show a strong start to another busy spring with homes in high demand here in Denver.
