June 2016 Real Estate Statistics

The June 2016 Real Estate Statistics show the market to be at the height of the busy summer Denver real estate season. The median sales price, number of sold homes, and new listings is higher than it has been all year. The Brexit vote had a positive influence on Average 30 year fixed-rate mortgage rates which dropped to 3.57%, the lowest since 2013. These June 2016 real estate statistics confirm yet another busy summer real estate market here in Denver. As we get closer to the fall and the start of the school year, we should start to see normal seasonally slowing. It’s still a strong seller’s market, and we expect to see a continuation of that in the coming months.
